Where are you located?

A.We work predominantly in the Golden triangle area, ( Port Arthur, PNG, Nederland, and Beaumont area).

Do you travel?

A.We aren’t afraid of a little adventure! We do travel, However an added travel fee will have to be discussed with your contract to determine the fee amount based on the distance to your desired destination.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A.We except bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash. Contact us for more payment details!

Please note payments made by card will have a 3% processing fee at check out.

When will I get my photos?

A.Galleries take anywhere from 3-7 business days to be delivered.
For mini sessions 2-3 business days.
For major events like weddings or quinceañeras 5-7 weeks. With a sneak peak gallery within 48-72 hours for the nerves! ;)

Photos will be in a digital gallery that will be delivered via web link with a download pin and print release.

What happens if it rains?

A.No worries! We can’t control the weather, but we can help you reschedule for a date that works for all of us! All reschedules due to bad weather will be discussed and agreed upon with photographer. Rescheduling date will depend on availability with accordance to my schedule.

How do deposits work?

A.Every session is required a nonrefundable deposit fee that will go towards your remaining balance.

When is my payment due?

A.Your deposit is due before the date can be reserved. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session/event. Photos cannot be edited until payment has been made in full.

What if I have to cancel?

A.If client cancels they are ineligible to get their deposit.

For events if client cancels within 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. They are ineligible to get a refund for any payment made after deposit.
